Out of Office for Christmas! Plus Activation Tips

We hope you are enjoying your TickTalk 3 and making memories that will last a lifetime. 😃
 
Just a reminder that we will be out of the office today, Christmas Day and tomorrow December 26th. We will return on December 27th at 9am PST to help with any support that you may need from us. 👩‍🔧👩‍💻

Since we are going to be off we are placing some valuable tips and common issues that our users have run into. Please read through this post if you run into any technical issues while we are out for the holiday.

Follow these steps to set up your TickTalk 3 with RedPocket:

Step 1) Register an account with RedPocket. There is no need for a PIN. Skip this step.

Step 2) Once registered put the RedPocket SIM card in the TickTalk 3 and power on.

Step 3) Go to Settings => Edit APN scroll down to “RedPocket” and make sure it is selected.

Step 4) Make sure the oval icon in the center of the watch face is lit in white.

Step 5) Register with App and connect to watch.

Tips**

If you skipped step one and two and are still showing that the watch is OFFLINE you must REBOOT the watch and log out of the App and log back in.

If you are not using RedPocket and cannot connect you are still able to use all the features on the watch by connecting to your personal WiFi.

If you do not have a RedPocket SIM card and would like to use RedPocket you can email us support@myticktalk.com and we will ship one out to you once we are back from our holiday break, which is December 27th at 9AM PST.
