If you encounter any problems while attempting to activate your TickTalk 4 subscription with an AT&T SIM card it may be due to an AT&T regular maintenance update.
AT&T has announced an extended maintenance window from 11/05/2023 at 3:00 UTC to 11/05/2023 at 19:00 UTC, during which it likely won't be possible to activate subscriptions. Our system will continue to record all subscription creation and cancellation requests and automatically retry them until completion. We'll monitor the situation and provide additional information if necessary.
