We provide 1 year limited warranty for different parts of the TickTalk. The warranty is only valid from the original date of purchase from an authorized TickTalk reseller. See below lists for warranty period details. If the TickTalk Device is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace with a new or recertified device at TickTalk’s option and sole discretion.
TickTalk device at our discretion at no charge to you. Repaired or replacement devices usually ship 2-3 weeks after the Warranty claim is completed and approved.
What does this Warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by abuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to water, cosmetic damage, accidents, usage contrary to the User Manual, accessories or hardware/software not provided by XDREAM, lost or stolen Devices or other damaged caused other than a defect or malfunction in the design or operation of the Device. This warranty is void if the Device is altered, modified or tampered with by any party other than TickTalk. This warranty does not cover any third party products or services, such as from a wireless carrier, app store/platform or other smartphone manufacturer.
