Return for Repair/Replacement
If the product has quality issues within our quality guarantee period, you can contact us directly for repair or exchange. Defective Products must be sent to TickTalk to obtain repair or exchange service. TickTalk is not responsible for transportation costs to its designated location or return shipping of replacement to the customer. Preauthorization is required before sending any unit in for warranty service. Products must be returned in either the original carton box and shipping material or packaging that affords an equal degree of protection.
Download the Warranty Claim Form and fill in the Form. Print the Form.
Take out the SIM card from your watch. Keep the SIM card for future use. Ship the watch, all accessories (1 charging base, 1 charging cable and an adaptor) with the Warranty Claim Form to our Customer Service Center.
We’ll finish the inspection within 2 business days. We’ll either repair or send a new replacement to you.

Return for refund
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact us directly for return and refund within 30 days of receiving. In these cases our company will not take responsibility for the return shipping cost.
All return products must be in brand-new condition, unused, with complete accessories, original packaging, including the retail box, manuals, cables, the adaptor and other original items. And the free Sim Card kit is not used or activated. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, this policy does not apply. If the SIM Card is activated or used a fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Parts and Labor
Replacement parts and units may be new or recertified at TickTalk’s option and sole discretion. Replacement parts and units are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or for Thirty (30) days from warranty service or replacement, whichever is greater.
