TickTalk warranties Products sold to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. To exercise this warranty contact us via email or call us at 714-578-6719 from 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM ( Monday-Friday, Pacific ). 

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days upon receiving, you can contact us directly for return and refund.

All returned products must be in brand-new condition, unused, with complete accessories, original packaging, including the retail box, manuals, cables, the adaptor and other original items. And the free Sim Card kit is not used or activated. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, this policy does not apply.

If the product is brand-new condition, unused but the Sim Card is activated, the Sim Card kit can not be returned for a refund. You will receive the refund amount paid minus a $5 SIM card kit fee and first month $19 service fee (a total of $24 will be deducted from the refund amount if you have already activated the SIM card). The activated SIM card will be yours to keep for your own use.

Parts and Labor

Replacement parts and units may be new or recertified at TickTalk option and sole discretion. Replacement parts and units are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or for Thirty (30) days from warranty service or replacement, whichever is greater. 

Return for repair or exchange

If the product has quality issues within our Quality Guarantee Period, you can contact us directly for repair or exchange. Defective Products must be sent to TickTalk to obtain repair or exchange service. TickTalk is not responsible for transportation costs to its designated location or return shipping of replacement to the customer. Preauthorization is required before sending any unit in for warranty service. Products must be returned in either the original carton box and shipping material or packaging that affords an equal degree of protection. 

Limitations and Exclusions

TickTalk 1 year limited warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects caused by user, as determined by TickTalk, such as: cosmetic damage (includes dropped units and cracked screens), normal wear and tear, improper operation, improper voltage supply or power surges, damages from shipping, acts of God, any type of customer misuse, modifications or adjustments, as well as installation and set-up issues or any repairs attempted by anyone other than TickTalk. This 1 year limited warranty does not cover Products sold “AS IS”, or by a non-authorized reseller. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED OR DESCRIBED ABOVE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES. INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF TIME SET FORTH ABOVE.

Personal Data

If your product is capable of storing personal data and other information. ALL CONTENTS AND INFORMATION WILL BE DELETED IN THE COURSE OF SOME IN-HOME AND ALL SHIP-IN WARRANTY SERVICE. If this occurs, your product will be returned to you configured as originally purchased. You will be responsible for restoring all applicable data and passwords. Recovery and reinstallation of user data is not covered under this Limited Warranty. In order to protect your personal information, TickTalk recommends that you always clear all personal information from the unit before it is serviced.
