Thank you for your deposit for your TickTalk 4 replacement. Upon receiving confirmation of payment, we will ship your replacement watch within one (1) business day. All orders must be received before 1:00PM PST, otherwise it will be processed the following business day.
Our team will inspect the defective returned product and if it is found to not have any water exposure or physical damage, we will refund the $100 deposit fee to the payment method provided within 5-7 business days upon receiving your return.
