How do I use Do Not Disturb Class Mode (DND) on my TickTalk 4?

How do I use Do Not Disturb Class Mode (DND) on my TickTalk 4?

When our Founders were creating TickTalk, it was important that our smartwatches not only kept families safely connected, but also helped children create lifelong habits. We added Do Not Disturb Class Mode to encourage focus and limit distractions. So how does it work?

PAUSE ALL NOTIFICATIONS WITH DO NOT DISTURB

When Do Not Disturb is enabled, all messages and notifications will be delayed until the time frame is up to ensure your child doesn’t get distracted. Any unread messages and notifications will come through once your DND time frame is up. Your child can also check the Notification Center for any blocked calls that came through during the DND time.

SET UP TO 10 DO NOT DISTURB TIMES

Save up to 10 DND time slots in your TickTalk parental control app. Choose times to repeat daily for homework, school, or whatever you’d like your child to focus on. To add a DND time, select the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner, select Do Not Disturb, and click the + sign in the upper right-hand corner. Enter your label, start and end times, any days to repeat, select confirm, and your DND time will save.

ACCESS EMERGENCY SOS WHEN ON DND MODE

Emergency SOS is the only feature that will work when your child’s TickTalk is on Do Not Disturb Mode to keep your child safe in case of emergency. Your child can press and hold the red button on the side of your TickTalk to automatically call whoever you dedicate as the Emergency SOS contact.
