Return & Replacement Policy

Returns for Refund (30-Day Policy)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Pre-authorization is required before sending any unit for a refund

Refund eligibility requirements:

  • Product must be in like-new condition
  • All original accessories must be included (retail box, manuals, cables, charger, etc.)
  • The free SIM card kit must be included if it has not been used or activated
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or SIM activation are not eligible for a refund

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Click Process a Refund
  2. Complete and submit the refund request form
  3. Follow the provided instructions to ship the product back

Once received, we will inspect the returned item and issue a refund within 1-3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

Disclaimer:

If a returned item is heavily used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, TickTalk reserves the right to issue a partial refund to reflect the reduced value.

Manufacturer Warranty (1-Year Limited Warranty)

All TickTalk products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification

Replacement parts or units may be new or recertified, at TickTalk’s sole discretion.

Any replacement or repaired product is warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty or 30 days from service, whichever is longer.

Extended Warranty (TickTalk Wireless Subscription Only)

Customers who purchase an Extended Warranty through a TickTalk Wireless monthly subscription Plus plan (including Essential Plus and Premium Plus) receive enhanced coverage, including:

  • Hardware defects
  • Software-related issues
  • Physical and accidental damage, including water damage

The Extended Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Lost or stolen devices
  • Loss due to theft, misplacement, or unexplained disappearance

Extended Warranty terms:

  • Must be purchased within 30 days of device activation
  • Billed on a monthly basis
  • Warranty coverage is bound to the device phone number
  • If the phone number or subscription is canceled, the Extended Warranty will automatically terminate

Requesting a Repair or Replacement

If your product experiences a quality issue covered under the manufacturer warranty or an active Extended Warranty, you may request a repair or replacement.

Important requirements:

  • Pre-authorization is required before sending any unit
  • Products must be returned in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  • TickTalk will provide a prepaid return shipping label for products that are within the 1-year manufacturer warranty period and/or covered by an active Extended Warranty.
  • For products that are outside the 1-year manufacturer warranty period and do not have an active Extended Warranty, customers are responsible for all shipping costs to TickTalk’s designated service location.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Click Process a Replacement
  2. Complete and submit the replacement request form
  3. Follow the shipping instructions provided

Once received, TickTalk will complete an inspection within two (2) business days and will either repair or ship a replacement promptly thereafter.

Warranty Eligibility Notice

Warranty coverage is valid only for purchases made through authorized retailers, including:

  • MyTickTalk.com
  • Amazon
  • Walmart
  • Best Buy

Warranty coverage does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, including second-hand, used, or refurbished devices not sold directly by TickTalk or its authorized retailers.

International Returns (Outside the U.S.)

For customers outside the United States, the following additional rules apply:

1. Pre-Authorization Required

You must contact TickTalk Support and obtain an RMA number before shipping any return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Customs Declaration

All international returns must be declared as:

  • “Return for Repair” or “Return for Refund”
  • Declared value: $10 USD or less

Incorrect declarations may result in customs fees, shipment refusal, or deductions from your refund.

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

Customers are responsible for:

  • All international shipping fees
  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes (both directions)

TickTalk does not refund original shipping fees or cover customs charges.

4. Packaging Requirements

Products must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging.
TickTalk is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.

5. Processing Time

Returned items will be inspected within two (2) business days and processed according to standard refund or replacement policies.

Gift Card Purchases

  • Redeemable only at www.myticktalk.com
  • Cannot be used at third-party marketplaces
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or used for monthly cellular service
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

Gift card purchases are refundable to the original purchaser under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, provided the card has not been redeemed.
