TickTalk 4 has the largest battery capacity in the world for a children’s smartwatch with a 1,000 mAh battery versus a 680 mAh battery in past generations. Based on over 9,000 TickTalk 4's located all over the world, average battery life under normal usage is 60 hours and 100 hours under standby time.

Individual battery life will vary based on network signal, feature usage, loaded applications, cellular network, Wi-Fi connection, and a multitude of additional factors.

What are the tech improvements of TickTalk 4?

We added 5 frequency bands to increase national and global coverage and improved our Wi-Fi locating to be 20% faster. Why Choose TickTalk

How is TickTalk safer for children than your competitors?

TickTalk was created by parents for parents and designed specifically with kids in mind. With no internet access, a custom designed parental control App, accurate location tracking, numerous safety features, plus 24/7 security over our backend to protect users from any viruses or potential hacks, we offer the ultimate peace of mind for families over our competitors. Other large companies have multiple lines of products, offer little in dedicated security, limited customer service assistance, and create products with huge audiences in mind. They typically use third party developers or generic Apps and backends with potential security loopholes that may cause accidental disclosure of personal information and privacy.

TickTalk has its own internal team that designs, develops, and manufactures the watch and App directly and does not share our program with any third parties. We partnered with Amazon Web Service for our cloud computing service for an added layer of security along with our Firewall protection. TickTalk operates under one main goal: to connect and protect families all over the world in the safest way possible. When purchasing TickTalk, you also have access to our US-based customer service team who is available 5 days per week 9AM-6PM PST to answer any questions or issues you may have.

What are the main differences between TickTalk 4 and other brands of children's smartwatch phones?

Founded by two parents who were searching for a way to connect with their child without giving the responsibility of a smartphone, TickTalk was designed to have all the important features of a cell phone while prioritizing children’s safety and privacy without compromising on parental controls.

Our entire operation is handled internally with the majority of our research and development taking place in the United States. We’ve designed our free TickTalk App and interface to be user-friendly and we incorporate the latest technology in our hardware and operating systems. The majority of our competitors are developed and designed by international startups that typically come with turnkey software and a generic App. Our engineers come with years of experience creating gadgets at companies like Samsung and Apple and continuously research the latest cutting-edge technology to guarantee our products are first-in-class.

Is TickTalk a smartwatch or is it a smartwatch phone? What is the difference?

TickTalk is a smartwatch phone which means it operates exactly as your smartphone does but in the form of a watch. TickTalk can do everything from one device, whereas other smartwatches may require the same brand cell phone or constant Wi-Fi to access features like phone calls, text messages, and location tracking.

Does the TickTalk watch connect to my phone through Bluetooth like other adult smart watch brands?

No, the watch is a standalone smartwatch with it's own cellular service, so it does not need to connect to your cell phone. It does not require an outside Bluetooth connection as it has it's own SIM card which allows it to make phone calls, access data, and send text messages.

Our Locator and History Route features allow you to always know where their child is to make sure they are safe. Our Reminders feature helps teach kids great habits early on. Plus, Do Not Disturb Mode helps improve your child's focus and limits distractions to set them up for success early on in life.

What features keep kids safe?

Safety Features

Does TickTalk 4 have access to the internet?

No, TickTalk 4 does not have access to the internet or the ability to download social media apps. With research piling up of the effects social media and online content have on children’s mental and emotional development, we created TickTalk to give families a way to connect seamlessly while protecting children from exposure to inappropriate and unhealthy online content.

Can TickTalk download apps from the internet?

No, since TickTalk does not have internet access it cannot download any third party apps to ensure the protection of your child’s data and privacy. Any feature included on your TickTalk watch has gone through security and privacy testing to ensure you have the safest possible product for your child.

Does TickTalk 4 block calls from strangers or unknown numbers?

Yes, TickTalk 4 can block calls and messages from unknown numbers, allowing only preset parent-approved contacts to contact the watch directly. To activate this feature, you will need to enable the Firewall through the free TickTalk App. We created this video for more information on using and setting up our Firewall

Messaging & Contacts

How do I message the watch? Is it through my phone's texts or do I have to download an app?

All messaging and video calling is done through the TickTalk App to ensure your child’s data and privacy are always protected. Parents/Admins and pre-approved contacts can only contact the watch directly through the free TickTalk App which is available to download at the Google Play and Apple Store

All messages are stored in our Secure Messaging Center and you have the option of sending texts, voice messages, photos, GIFs, and emojis back and forth with your child to always stay connected. To send a message, go into your TickTalk app and select Messages on the bottom navigation bar of the screen. To start a Group Chat, simply select Group Chat, select the members of your group, and start messaging!

You can grant access levels of up to 53 parent-approved contacts. Give someone Full Access to access the same features as the Admin (you) including locating and settings or give them Limited Access to only grant access to video calling and messaging with your TickTalk.

Have a contact you want to add that doesn't have access to internet? Simply add their phone number as a contact and you child can call them using voice and Wi-Fi calling. For any additional questions, please contact our Support Team here.

How do contacts message the watch?

All contacts who wish to message or video call the watch must download the free TickTalk app from the Google Play or Apple Store. Once they download the app, they can request to add your TickTalk by entering the IMEI number (which you can find in TickTalk watch under Settings). You will receive a notification for any add requests to the watch to approve or deny.

Every contact can be given individual access levels: Give Full Access to give them the same access as you, the Admin, including locating and watch settings or give Limited Access to simply allow them to message and video call the watch.

If you have any contacts you'd like to add for voice calling who prefer not to download the app, you can simply add them as a phone book contact in your TickTalk app under Contacts. Have additional questions? Contact our Support Team here.

Can TickTalk send typed out messages from the watch face?

While the watch face cannot type out text messages due to its small size, we offer Talk-To-Text to allow your child to send custom messages. You can also create unlimited preset quick responses in your TickTalk app to best fit your child’s lifestyle like “heading to soccer practice” or “going to Theo’s house" or choose to send one of the many preloaded preset responses. Our TickTalk families enjoy using the voice messaging feature to send longer messages back and forth. We created this video for more information on setting up custom text responses

Can I set up a group chat with our entire family if we only have one TickTalk watch?

You can set up a group chat with your entire family, other TickTalk watches, classmates, teammates, and more as long as they download the free TickTalk App from the Google Play or Apple Store or own another TickTalk watch. In your TickTalk app, simply select Group Chat, hit the + icon in the upper right hand corner, and create your group message to keep your entire family safely connected!

We made this video for more information on setting up group chats.

Where can you set up customized text messages?

You can set up custom text messages through the free TickTalk App and will appear on the watch end immediately.

Simply go to your TickTalk app on your phone, select Settings in the upper right hand corner, select Custom Text Responses, and select the + icon in the upper right hand corner. For more information, watch our video on setting up custom text responses.

Will my child be able to see any text messages I send when it is in DND (Do Not Disturb) Mode?

When in Do Not Disturb mode, text messages that are sent cannot be seen as the watch is shut off from any alerts or notifications. During DND mode, only the screen remains on to show the time to limit distractions. However, the watch can still be tracked by the Parent/Admin during DND and any messages sent will come through as soon as the DND mode time limit is up.

To setup a Do Not Disturb time frame, go to your TickTalk parental control app, select Settings in the upper right hand corner, select Do Not Disturb, and click the + sign in the upper right hand corner. Enter the label, start and end times, and any repeating days, and save your DND time slot. Your TickTalk will receive a notification once the DND time slot has been saved.

For more information, watch our video on setting up Do Not Disturb mode.

Will my TickTalk receive messages instantly even if it's in bad reception?

We’ve optimized our Message Center to receive all text, voice, emoji, and photo messages immediately after being sent. If you happen to be somewhere where the reception is weak, the Message Center will resend or refresh to receive any messages you may have missed as soon as reception improves.

How long of a voice message can you record on TickTalk 4?

Each voice message can be up to 1 minute long.

How many contacts can I set up on the watch?

TickTalk 4 allows up to 53 preset contacts on the watch. We made this video for more information on setting up contacts

What is the difference between Limited Access and Full Access contacts on the TickTalk app?

TickTalk allows you to set every contact’s access level in the TickTalk App. A contact with Full Access will have the same access as the Admin User (the first person to pair to your TickTalk ) including locator tracking, Remote Answer, editing contacts, and other privacy features. A contact with Limited Access will have minimal access to the App including making voice calls, Wi-Fi and video calls, using the messaging center, and sending Greeting Cards to the watch directly.

To set individual access levels for your trusted contacts, go to your TickTalk app, select Settings in the upper right hand corner, and select Approved App Users. Here, you'll be able to select their individual access levels and hit Confirm to save.

For more information, please watch our video on setting user access settings. For additional questions, please contact our Support Team here.

How can I keep them from adding all their friends or chatting with people they’ve met online?

Any person who wants to message and FaceTalk the watch must have the free TickTalk App downloaded and all contacts will have to be approved by the Parent/Admin. You'll be alerted of any add requests in the App to ensure your child is only speaking with people that you know. Your child can add other friends with TickTalk's with Radar Scanning (which you can choose to turn off in your app if you prefer). You will receive a notification for all friends added to keep you in the loop. We made this video for more information on setting up contacts.

Can TickTalk set up a voicemail?

No, TickTalk does not have a voicemail box. However, you can send voice recordings in our Messaging Center so your child instantly receives your voice message.

Can TickTalk 4 call international numbers?

Yes, TickTalk 4 can communicate with international or overseas numbers if you have a GSM plan. You will need to set up the contacts through the free TickTalk App with all applicable dialing details which can be provided by your local carrier.

Activity Tracker

How does the Activity Tracker work?

We added an Activity Tracker with daily step goals to encourage your child to live a more active lifestyle! Both you and your child can track their progress throughout the day to encourage them to reach their goals.

The purpose of our Activity Tracker is to encourage children to live a healthier lifestyle. We use the same technology you’ll find in cell phone Activity Tracker where rapid movements or shaking can potentially be counted as steps. Activity Tracker is not instantaneous and will update every 5-10 minutes with updated steps to preserve battery life.

To see steps, simply go to your TickTalk app, select Settings in the upper right hand corner, and select Activity Tracker. You'll be able to access current steps, daily goals, and daily, weekly, and monthly reports! Your child can even compete with their TickTalk friends in the Step Championship by selecting Activity Tracker on the watch interface and selecting the star in the upper right hand corner.

For more information, watch our video on setting daily step goals.

What is the Step Championship?

Your child can have fun competitions with their approved TickTalk friends for daily, weekly, and monthly steps. They can work to earn the gold, silver, or bronze medal while encouraging each other to be more active.

To access the Step Championship, go to the Activity Tracker on your TickTalk 4 and select the star in the upper right hand corner. Here you can see rankings among friends for steps and distances walked! For more information, watch our video on the Activity Tracker.

How Accurate Is Activity Tracker?

The purpose of our Activity Tracker is to encourage children to live a healthier lifestyle. We use the same technology you’ll find in cell phone Activity Tracker where rapid movements or shaking can potentially be counted as steps. Activity Tracker is not instantaneous and will update every 5-10 minutes with updated steps to preserve battery life.

Location Tracking

How does the location tracking work on TickTalk 4?

TickTalk 4 uses 3 different technologies and will automatically choose the best signal for the most accurate location. Your TickTalk does not
need to be on Wi-Fi to track and will work in 3 steps to offer the most precise location:

First, it will locate the nearest public Wi-Fi to enable online tracking with a location accuracy between 100-500 feet.
If the watch cannot locate a public Wi-Fi hotspot or the Wi-Fi signal is weak, it will locate a GPS signal with a location accuracy between 10-300 feet. In GPS mode, while the accuracy is higher, it will result in faster battery drainage so the watch will rely heavily on Wi-Fi locating.

If a Wi-Fi or GPS signal is not available, the watch will locate the nearest cell tower signal and use the cellular tower location. The locating accuracy in this mode is between 500 feet to 20 miles depending on how far the cellular tower is from your TickTalk. TickTalk will mainly use Wi-Fi and GPS to track and will rarely use cellular towers. However, some of our customers who live in rural locations do rely on cellular towers as they do not have access to strong Wi-Fi or GPS signals.

What is the locating accuracy of TickTalk 4?

The locating accuracy of TickTalk 4 has been greatly improved compared to the past 3 generations with the addition of 4G reception. The watch will automatically choose the strongest signal to give you the most accurate location. We have optimized the locator algorithm to be more precise for outdoor positioning via GPS. As GPS locating can consume excess battery while searching for satellite signals, we utilize public Wi-Fi locating as the main technology to optimize battery life while maintaining an accuracy of 100-500 feet.

Does TickTalk 4 have GEO-fence?

At this time, TickTalk does not come with geo-fencing. TickTalk 4 uses Wi-Fi locating as the main locating method to show location with an accuracy between 100-500 feet. Geo-fencing can often result in inaccurate tracking and unwarranted notifications, which is why we rely on 3 different technologies to track your TickTalk so you always know where your child is.

Photos & Videos

Why is there a 3 minute limit to FaceTalk video calls?

As an added safety precaution and to be overly cautious, we included a 3-minute time limit to video calls to avoid any overheating or temperature increases. After the 3-minute time limit, you can begin another video call immediately.

To start a video call with your TickTalk watch, simply go into your phone app, select Phone Calls at the bottom navigation bar, and select FaceTalk. To start a video call from your TickTalk watch, simply swipe to the video camera icon and your child will be able to select the contact they wish to FaceTalk!

Can you send pictures from your TickTalk?

Your TickTalk 4 comes with two separate 5-megapixel cameras: a Selfie Camera and Snapshot Camera. TickTalk 4 allows your child to share photos in individual and group messages in the Secure Messaging Center with up to 53 parent-approved contacts!

Any contact who wants to message or video call the watch will need to download the free TickTalk app and request to be added by the parent/admin as a trusted contact. To be added, they'll need your watch IMEI # (which you can find in your TickTalk app by selecting the contact icon in the upper left hand corner).

TickTalk's cameras are 5MP. Is that high quality?

Most smartwatches have a 2MP camera. The TickTalk 4 comes with 2x 5MP cameras for high-quality photos to share memories with friends and family.

Can kids transfer their photos and videos to parents?

Your child can send photos from their Selfie and Snapshot cameras through our Secure Messaging Center to share their memories instantaneously.

While you cannot send videos at this time from your TickTalk, we hope to have something in the future that will allow this.

Can TickTalk 4 record video?

Yes, TickTalk 4 can record up to 30-second videos on the watch and save to the photo album. TickTalk 4 has an 8GB memory to store photos and videos taken from the 5-megapixel Selfie and Snapshot cameras.

Is TickTalk 4's video calling function smooth?

Yes, we enhanced our FaceTalk video calling and optimized our server in the United States to make image transmission faster and smoother. Our Engineering team works 24/7 to ensure that any bugs or issues are fixed immediately.

Does TickTalk 4's video calling feature consume a lot of battery?

Video calling will consume more battery and may cause the watch temperature to slightly rise. For an added safety precaution, we include a 3-minute time limit for video calls and the system will automatically cut off the video call once the time limit has been reached. If you are not concerned with battery consumption, you can make another video call directly after the 3-minute cutoff.

Can I remotely access the camera on my TickTalk 4?

Due to privacy and security concerns, you cannot remotely access the camera on your TickTalk.

T-Cloud

What is T-Cloud and how does it work?

For TickTalk 4 users, we offer 1GB of free cloud storage space. T-Cloud makes it possible to sync your data from your old TickTalk watch to your new watch for a seamless transition. With T-Cloud, your TickTalk can now backup settings, photos, videos, and messages. We also made it possible for App users to sync data like contacts, settings, and reminders directly to their new TickTalks. This is especially useful for families with multiple TickTalks.

To back up your TickTalk to T-Cloud, go to your TickTalk app on your phone, select Settings in the upper right hand corner, and select T-Cloud. Here you'll be prompted with different options:

- Backup to backup your current data from your TickTalk watch including pictures, videos, and messages

- Sync From Last Backup to sync your last uploaded information to your TickTalk (which will delete any data generated after the last backup)

- Sync Watch Data and App Settings to sync both your watch data and parental control app settings including photos, videos, messages, settings, and parental control app settings to your new watch

- Sync Watch Data Only to only sync your watch data including photos, videos, and settings to your new watch

- Sync App Settings Only to sync all parental app settings including contacts, Firewall settings, Reminders, and Control Center settings to your new watch

Does TickTalk need cell service?

Yes, TickTalk needs a SIM card with cellular service to work properly. TickTalk is not affiliated with any wireless carriers but is compatible with GSM networks. Which SIM plan should I select when checking out?

While TickTalk is not affiliated with any wireless carriers, we provide a free TickTalk Wireless SIM kit as an affordable monthly plan for our TickTalk users. We offer multiple carrier options so you can select which option works best for you:

- Pick TickTalk Wireless on GSMA Network if you want to go with TickTalk Wireless SIM on AT&T’s network for $10 per month

- Pick TickTalk Wireless on GSMT Network if you want to go with TickTalk Wireless SIM on T-Mobile’s network for $10 per month

Does TickTalk work with Verizon or Sprint?

At this time, TickTalk is not compatible with Verizon or Sprint, but it is compatible with GSM carriers like T-Mobile and TickTalk Wireless. We recommend using the included TickTalk Wireless SIM on either AT&T's network (GSMA) or T-Mobile's network (GSMT) for an affordable, pay-as-you-go, no contract option for U.S. customers.

If I don’t want to get a SIM card and cellular plan, will TickTalk work with just Wi-Fi?

Yes, TickTalk can technically work with just Wi-Fi but will not work whenever your child leaves the Wi-Fi area and they will need to set up a new Wi-Fi connection wherever they go to use the watch. We recommend our included TickTalk Wireless SIM card kit which is an affordable, pay-as-you-go plan that offers plans as low as $10 per month and you can upgrade if needed. Make sure your monthly plan is a regular cell phone plan with talk, text, and data. Wearable, digits, tracking, or tablet plans are not compatible with TickTalk.

Will TickTalk stop working once I’m out of Wi-Fi?

If you have a cellular SIM plan through a GSM carrier, TickTalk will work just like your cell phone does. Your child will be able to access all features and receive calls, messages, and location tracking with TickTalk’s 4G/LTE reception. We recommend connecting to Wi-Fi when you are at home to get the most out of your battery life and features on your TickTalk 4.

Battery Life

How many hours can a fully charged TickTalk 4 operate?

Based on over 9,000 TickTalk 4's in locations all over the world, average battery life under normal usage is 60 hours and 100 hours under standby time.

Individual battery life will vary based on network signal, feature usage, loaded applications, cellular network, Wi-Fi connection, and a multitude of additional factors.

Durability

Does TickTalk have a touch screen?

Yes, TickTalk has an easy-to-use touch screen.

Does the screen easily break on TickTalk 4?

No, we built the screen on the TickTalk 4 with kid’s lifestyles in mind. We improved the design of our screen to be wrapped in a rubber housing to ensure that if it were to fall, the screen would be protected and not touch the ground directly.

What does the water resistance IP67 rating mean?

IP67 water resistance rating means the TickTalk 4 is capable of withstanding water exposure immersion between 15 centimeters and 1 meter for up to 30 minutes for the life of the watch. We do not recommend wearing the watch while bathing, diving, swimming, or other water activities as the water-resistant parts of the watch may age over time resulting in reduced protection. We made this video for more information on IP67 water resistance.

Can I go swimming with TickTalk 4?

No, IP67 water resistance on electronic products is not designed for swimming. IP67 technology is designed to prevent damage in the case of minor water exposure. For more information on IP67 water resistance, watch our video here.

Return & Warranty

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your TickTalk, but understand sometimes it just isn’t a match. If you want to return your TickTalk, we will accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as it is in good condition and does not present water damage.

What type of warranty do you offer?

We offer a 1-year limited warranty for any hardware issues with no charge to you for parts or labor for a replacement watch. Our warranty is only valid when purchased from authorized retailers (MyTickTalk.com and Amazon) and cannot be applied to outside third-party purchases. The warranty does not cover water damage as we cannot confirm the amount of time or quantity of water exposure.

We also offer a 1-year Extended Warranty for an additional price that can be added to your TickTalk 4 purchase to cover accidental water damage, shattered screens, and more. For more information about our Warranties, please click here.

8. Send your TickTalk 4 TTID or QR code to any Secondary Admins/Users (people using the app for FaceTalk video calling, messaging, locating, etc.) to pair with your new TickTalk

Removing your TickTalk 3 from your TickTalk app

1. From the main map screen of your TickTalk app, select the contact icon in the left corner, and choose the watch you want to remove

2. Next, from the main map interface, select the top right gear icon for your settings and select your watch. On this screen, tap on Approved App Users, and you should see a red button that says Unbound. Tap Unbound to remove your watch from your app account. This will log you out of the app.

3. Log back into your app account and your old watch will be gone and will only have your new watch there.

Can I sync my Secondary Admins/Users?

Yes! When you use T-Cloud to backup your TickTalk 3, your Secondary Admins/Users will automatically sync as your TTID # will stay the same.

POWER & CHARGING

My charging dock is not charging

To charge, your TickTalk 4 must be placed with the silver and red buttons facing up. Make sure the pins line up on the watch and the charging station with the camera on your left hand side. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our Support team here.

MY WATCH WON’T TURN ON

If your watch won’t turn on, charge the TickTalk for 5 minutes and push the Power Button to check the battery level to ensure it is charging. After your TickTalk has fully charged, hold the Power button for 10 seconds to turn on.

MY WATCH ISN’T CHARGING

Please check to make sure the charging pins of the wire are completely touching the base of the charging pins on the watch and try again. TickTalk prefers to be charged via USB on your computer to avoid overcharging. If your TickTalk 4 still is not charging, please:

1. Change to a different adaptor or charger, disconnect the charging cable, then reboot the watch to charge again. Please do not use an iPhone, Samsung, or any name-brand charger to charge the watch. Any generic phone charger or USB on your laptop/computer will charge sufficiently.

2. Disconnect the watch from the charging cable and turn the watch off. Connect the cable to the USB charger and attach it to the watch. Press and hold the charging head and align to attach to the charging pins. Hold for a few seconds, you will see the charging icon pop up once it is charging. If the battery is fully dead, it is normal to see the charging icon pop up for a second and disappear. Charge for at least one hour and tap the silver button to check the battery. If you see the battery icon again, you are good to go. Leave for 4-5 hours to fully charge the watch.

3. If your watch is on while charging, you will see a lightning icon next to the battery icon. If you do not see this, press and hold the charging head to align the charging pins until you hear a sound and see the lightning icon. We made this video for more information on charging.

ONLINE & OFFLINE MODE

How do I know if my TickTalk 4 is ONLINE or OFFLINE?

If your TickTalk 4 is properly connected to cellular data, there will be at least one bar and the oval connection icon illuminated in white along the upper middle section of the watch face. GSM network customers will see either 2G, 3G, or 4G along the top as well. The area you live in will determine the strength of the cellular data.

-If you have your TickTalk 4 connected to your local Wi-Fi network with a connected SIM card, there will be at least one bar, the Wi-Fi icon, and the oval connection icon illuminated in white along the upper middle section of the watch face.
-If your SIM card is not working or you are not using one but are connected to Wi-Fi, there will not be any bars but you should see the Wi-Fi icon and the oval icon must be illuminated in white.
-If the oval connection icon is grey, you are not connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. We made this video for more information on connecting to Wi-Fi.

BATTERY LIFE

MY BATTERY LASTS LESS THAN ONE DAY

If your battery life is shorter than normal, the cellular reception may be weak. A tip to conserve power when in areas with bad reception, turn the cellular data off in the watch settings and connect to Wi-Fi for more efficient battery usage. Remember to turn cellular data back on when you leave the Wi-Fi area.

We are currently exploring other ways to assist with battery life. Our engineering team is working on a way to reduce power consumption with upcoming firmware updates.

HOW CAN I MAXIMIZE MY LONG-TERM BATTERY LIFESPAN?

We have multiple ways to help maximize the long-term battery lifespan:

1. Do not allow the battery to fully deplete. When you notice your TickTalk battery is low, plug it in as soon as possible. If you consistently allow the battery to drain completely, over time the watch battery will degrade and will not hold its charge.

2. Don’t leave your battery fully depleted for long periods of time. When the watch battery is left dead for long periods, it makes it difficult for the battery to hold a charge in the future. Charge your TickTalk to 50% and then turn off for long-term storage--this is easier on the battery than charging to 100% or letting it drain to 0% before storing. Try to turn on the watch to charge every few months to top the battery to 50% for maximized battery lifetime.

3. Avoid extreme temperatures. Like many batteries, the TickTalk battery shouldn't be exposed to extreme heat or cold. Temperatures over 95°F/35°C or in extreme cold can permanently damage the battery by decreasing its capacity. TickTalk’s battery comfort zone lies between 62°-72°F/16°-22°C.

LOCATION TRACKING

MY GPS LOCATION IS NOT UPDATING AS MY CHILD IS WALKING OR DRIVING

TickTalk updates in real-time from the time you log into the TickTalk App but does not update in the same way as a navigation system, with the avatar moving as they are driving, walking, etc. To update the location, simply select the pinpoint icon on the left-hand side of the screen. If that does not work or you receive an error message, select the Settings gear in the top right corner, sign out of the App, and sign back in for an updated location.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE 3 LOCATOR ICONS?

Wi-Fi Icon - Three signal waves coming off of a dot

GPS Icon - GPS satellite, similar to what you would see floating in space

LBS Icon - Cell phone tower with signal waves coming off the top

These icons will give you an idea of what type of accuracy you can expect given the locating method being used. The watch will always try to find the strongest and most accurate signal. Similar to your car’s navigation system or your cell phone, the watch can lose signal when in poor reception, similar to driving into a parking structure or underground tunnel. The accuracy of location will vary depending on which locating method is being used and the area the watch is in.

THE LOCATOR FEATURE IS NOT WORKING ON MY TICKTALK APP

Please sign out of the TickTalk App and sign in again to refresh the App.

THE LOCATION OF MY WATCH IS NOT ACCURATE. WHY?

The TickTalk 4 uses 3 different technologies and will automatically choose the best signal for the most accurate location. Your TickTalk does not need to be on Wi-Fi to track and will work in 3 steps to offer the most precise location:

1. First, it will locate the nearest public Wi-Fi to enable online tracking with a location accuracy between 100-500 feet.

3. If a Wi-Fi or GPS signal is not available, the watch will locate the nearest cell tower signal and use the cellular tower location. The locating accuracy in this mode is between 500 feet to 20 miles depending on how far the cellular tower is from your TickTalk.

To figure out which locating mode is being used, select the Locator icon in the TickTalk App. Your TickTalk may switch between different modes of locating throughout the day depending on the signal and your cellular carrier. We only provide the data via the map company, similar to Google, and there may be a delay in receiving from their end. Wi-Fi is used as the main locating mode as it can locate within 10 seconds as opposed to GPS which may take between 30-120 seconds.

THE WATCH IS SHOWING MY OLD ADDRESS ON THE GPS LOCATOR

Because TickTalk uses Wi-Fi as one of its main locating methods, if you are using a router that was previously registered to an old address, the old address may come up. To fix this, you can simply reset the router or update the address settings to your current address.

I AM TRACKING MY TICKTALK BUT IT SAYS “OOPS, THE TICKTALK IS OFFLINE”

If you are receiving this message, the watch may be out of battery, in poor reception, needing a refill of cellular credit balance, or need to be reset. To reset your TickTalk, select Settings on the watch, and select Reset and log out of the TickTalk App. After the watch reboots, log back into the App, send a message from the App to the watch and once you receive on the watch, send a message from the watch to the App. When you reset your TickTalk, all the App settings will come back like contacts, settings, and reminders. However, you will lose photos and history messages from the watch interface and will need to re-enter the Wi-Fi password.

THE TICKTALK APP ONLY SHOWS ONE WATCH’S LOCATION WHEN I CLICK THE MULTI-TRACKER ICON INSTEAD OF BOTH MY TICKTALK’S LOCATIONS

If your children are close together or at the same location, the watch icons will overlap. Please zoom in on the map or use the single watch locator feature.

MY WATCH LOCATOR IS SHOWING MY CHILD IS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY

TickTalk 4 uses Google Maps to track the location of the watch and will use GPS, local Wi-Fi, or the nearest cellular tower depending on which signal is the strongest. When the watch finds a Wi-Fi signal, it will automatically choose the strongest signal which can be a neighbor’s or public Wi-Fi connection. In rare situations, the Wi-Fi router being used may be registered in another city, state, or even country. When this happens, the watch location may show that it is in the area the router is registered. In this case, we suggest turning the Wi-Fi off to get a more accurate location, make sure the SIM is activated, and reset the watch to get a more accurate location.

THERE IS NO HISTORY ROUTE DURING THE TIME FRAME I SET UP

When on power-saving locating mode, the History Route will not be available. If you would like to enable History Route, go to the TickTalk App, select Settings, and switch the locating mode to Tracking Mode. Once turned on, the History Route can take up to 24 hours to see past location recordings as the system needs to build up the route.

WATCH RESET

HOW DO I RESET MY WATCH?

To reset your TickTalk, select Settings on the watch, select Reset and log out of the TickTalk App.

SIM CARD & CELLULAR SERVICE

I HAVE BAD RECEPTION AT HOME AND MY WATCH IS ALWAYS OFFLINE

The TickTalk 4 is enabled with Wi-Fi connectivity. Please set up the Wi-Fi connection on the watch and the watch will automatically connect to Wi-Fi moving forward. Once connected to Wi-Fi, all features will function the same as cellular service. We made this video for more information on connecting to Wi-Fi.

MY TICKTALK IS NOT READING THE SIM CARD

First, put the watch near a window or door for better reception, hold the silver Power Button for 10 seconds, and restart the watch. If that does not work, try:

1. Turn the watch off, remove the SIM card cover, gently pull up on the gold pins that are in a chevron pattern, and put the SIM cover back on. Make sure you are putting the SIM card cover in by placing the cut corner of the cover first and then pressing the rest of the cover down. Reboot the watch.

2. If it still shows no SIM, your watch may have been exposed to water. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

We made this video for more information on inserting your SIM card.

I'M USING MY OWN CARRIER'S SIM AND SERVICE, BUT THE WATCH IS NOT WORKING

Make sure your monthly plan is a regular cell phone plan with talk, text, and data. Wearable, digits, tracking, or tablet plans are not compatible with TickTalk. You need to contact your carrier, switch to the correct plan, and then reboot the watch.

FIREWALL

MY CHILD RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM AN UNKNOWN NUMBER. HOW CAN I BLOCK ALL NON-APPROVED NUMBERS?

Your child will not receive any unwanted phone calls when the Firewall is turned on. To enable the Firewall go to Settings in the App and enable the feature. Once enabled, the watch will only receive calls and messages from preset contacts who have been approved by the Parent/Admin. We made this video for more information on setting up the Firewall.

I ENABLED THE FIREWALL SETTING, BUT MY TICKTALK IS STILL GETTING CALLS FROM RANDOM/UNWANTED NUMBERS

If the Firewall setting was not enabled properly, it may have run into issues when transmitting from the TickTalk App to the watch. This can occur when the watch is turned off or if you are in an area with little to no signal. To fix, simply disable the Firewall in the App Settings, then enable again when you are sure the watch has a good connection. The Firewall should now be enabled and will block any unknown numbers. We made this video for more information on setting up the Firewall.

CONTACTS

How can I add another app user if they are not local, out of the town/state/country?

To add another app user to access messaging and video calling, simply:

1. They'll need your watch TTID number which can be found in your watch Settings > Pair

2. Have the person who would like to contact the watch download our free TickTalk app at the Apple or Google Play Store and sign up for an account

3. Once they download the app, select the avatar icon in the upper left corner and select Add Another TickTalk

4. Select Choose Your Device, click Next to skip the Network Connection and Find QR Code instructions, and select Pair With TTID number at the bottom portion of the screen

5. Enter the watch TTID number and the Admin User (the first person to pair to your TickTalk 4) will receive a notification for any add requests where you can give Full Access (access to everything you have access to including location and settings) or Limited Access (to be able to simply message and video call the watch).

6. Once you approve and set the access level, they'll be able connect to your TickTalk!

For more information, we made these videos for pairing to your TickTalk and approving other app users/setting individual access levels.

HOW DO I SET UP CONTACTS IN THE WATCH?

Any person who wants to text and FaceTalk the watch must have the free TickTalk App downloaded. They will need to download the App from the Apple or Google Play Store and sign up. Once they have signed up, they will need to enter the IMEI number of the watch, which can be found under Settings on the watch, and pair. The Parent/Admin will be alerted of any add requests in the App. We made these videos for more information on:
Pairing the watch and App
Setting up contacts
Approving App users

MY PHONE NUMBER WON’T SYNC TO THE WATCH

Log in to the TickTalk App and click the 3-line icon on the top left to show Mom, Dad, and SOS Settings. Select each icon to set the contact phone number. You do not need to enter the country code in front of your ten-digit number. To transfer your contacts or any other information programmed in your App to your TickTalk, you must have a compatible GSM SIM card with activated data and credits on your plan. Please be sure you have a SIM card for a regular cell phone and not a wearable, digits, tablet, or tracking plan.

I WANT TO GIVE SOME CONTACTS LIMITED ACCESS AND OTHERS FULL ACCESS

You can set the access level for every contact individually. On the TickTalk App, select the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner, select All App Users, and select the contact who you would like to set access for. Each contact will have the option of having Full Access or Limited Access, select which you’d prefer, and click Confirm. We made this video for more information on setting user access levels.

MY SOS BUTTON SAYS “NO SETTING” AND WON’T CALL THE SOS CONTACT

Press the silver button once to wake up the screen, then hold the red SOS button for three seconds to initiate the SOS call.

HOW CAN I SET UP INTERNATIONAL CONTACTS FOR OVERSEAS CALLING?

TickTalk 4 can communicate with international or overseas numbers. You will need to set up the contacts through the TickTalk App with all applicable dialing details which can be provided by your local carrier. For example, T-Mobile may require you to dial “011” followed by the country code, city code (if applicable), and local number. In this example, you would then input “011” followed by the country code, city code, and local number as the contact’s number in the App for any international contacts. We made this video for more information on setting up contacts.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND MY WATCH IS OFFLINE. HOW DO I SET UP AN APN?

Before setting up your APN, you will need to get the specific code from your local carrier. In your TickTalk 4 watch, select Settings, scroll to Edit APN, select the + sign in the upper right hand corner, enter all the code’s from your carrier. You will not need to input APN Type, leave at Default. After the code is entered, save by selecting the floppy disk in the upper right hand corner and reboot the watch. To reboot the watch, simply hold the silver button and reboot. Once the watch turns back on, you should see a 3G or 4G symbol next to the signal bars to indicate your data is working.

MESSAGING

Why am I not receiving text alerts on my phone messages?

All messaging takes place between your watch and our free TickTalk parental control app which can be downloaded at the Google Play or Apple Store. We do this to offer the best possible protection of your child's data and ensure that no unknown numbers are contacting your child.

I’M SEEING A RED EXCLAMATION MARK WHEN I SEND A TEXT MESSAGE TO THE WATCH

Check to see if your child's TickTalk is online or offline. If it is offline, this may be the issue. Charge your TickTalk and check to see if you have phone service. If your child's TickTalk 4 is online, simply sign out of the TickTalk App and sign back in. If signing out and signing back in does not fix this issue, reset the watch from the watch settings, allow it to reboot, and try the message again.

MY CHILD IS SENDING ME TEXT MESSAGES BUT WHEN I CHECK THE TICKTALK APP I AM NOT SEEING A MESSAGE OR ANY MESSAGE HISTORY

Check to see if your child's TickTalk is online or offline. If it is offline, this may be the issue. Charge your TickTalk and check to see if you have cellphone service. If your child's TickTalk is online, simply sign out of the TickTalk App and sign back in. If signing out and signing back in does not fix this issue, reset the watch from the watch settings, allow it to reboot, and try the message again.

MY TEXT MESSAGES ARE NOT APPEARING ON THE WATCH WHEN ON DND (DO NOT DISTURB) MODE

When in Do Not Disturb mode, any text messages that are sent cannot be seen as the watch is shut off from all alerts and notifications. During DND, only the screen remains on to show the time, but the watch can still be tracked by the Parent/Admin through the TickTalk App.

I GOT A NOTIFICATION SAYING THE INSTANT MESSAGING STOPPED WORKING

If you received an alert that the Instant Messaging feature is not working, it will be back as soon as the watch reconnects to the server which is typically under 1 minute.

PHOTO & VIDEO CAMERA

My cameras look like they have condensation inside. What do I do?

If it seems like you have condensation or fogging on your camera lenses, it may be due to the back SIM lid not being shut completely. Please open the back SIM lid and allow to dry for 24 hours. After 24 hours, please close the back SIM lid securely, ensure it has shut properly, and the issue should be fixed. If you continue experiencing issues, please reach out to our Support Team here.

THE PICTURES AND/OR VIDEO CALLING BY THE WATCH ARE NOT CLEAR

To make sure your pictures and video calling are clear:

1. Please be at least 15 inches away from the camera to ensure the camera can focus.

2. Do not shake the watch and keep your wrist stable when shooting.

3. Use a well-lit environment.

4. Keep the camera clean.

5. If using video calling, ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable.

I GOT A NOTIFICATION SAYING THE CAMERA STOPPED WORKING

If you received this notification, this could be a hardware issue. Reset the watch from the watch settings, reboot and try again. If this does not work, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
Contact Customer Support

Can I remotely access the camera on my TickTalk?

Due to privacy and security concerns, you cannot remotely access the camera on your TickTalk.

ERROR MESSAGES

My TickTalk says "Your TickTalk can only make calls until your app admin unlocks it"

If your watch password is entered incorrectly multiple times, your TickTalk will lock all features except for voice calling. To fix the error message, go into your parental control app Settings > Watch Password. You can either reset the password or disable the password completely to remove the error message.

Watch performing actions/pushing buttons on its own

Known as “ghost touch,” this is an occurrence caused by TP static electricity that can sometimes effect touch screen consumer electronics products. Ghost touch is what happens when your touch screen products perform actions by itself like reacting to non-existent button touches and opening features without prompt. You can try a few common quick fixes. If the issue persists, we’ll replace your watch free of charge. To troubleshoot, try:

Cleaning your watch touchscreen

This will help to clear away any debris, dust, or grease that can be interfering with your touchscreens response. You can clean your watch screen by using a microfiber cloth or basic alcohol wipe.

Remove the temporary screen protector

If you still have the temporary screen protector on your watch screen that was included when your item was shipped to you, try removing to improve your touchscreen’s response by carefully peeling the protector film off your watch screen.

Restart your watch

Try rebooting your watch by holding the silver button on the right hand side. You can select to reboot or power off to turn off your device. To turn back on, simply hold the silver button until you see the TickTalk logo.

Update your tOS

If you are still experiencing the issue, please make sure your watch is upgraded to the latest tOS software update. Go into your watch Settings > OS Update to view your current tOS. You will see New Version and Click to Update if an update is available.

Perform a system reset

If the above steps do not solve the issue, please try performing a system reset on your watch to remove any underlying software issues that may be present. Please back up all information on your TickTalk to the T-Cloud (which can be done in your parental control app under Settings) as the system reset will clear out all your saved data. Once you have backed up your data and settings, go into your watch Settings > Reset to perform the system reset.

Still experiencing the issue?

Please fill out our form here to request a replacement and a member of our team will reach out to you within two (2) business days with next steps. Have questions? Please contact our Support team here.

SPEAKER & VOLUME

HOW DO I TURN THE RINGTONE VOLUME DOWN? HOW DO I TURN THE SPEAKER VOLUME UP/DOWN FOR CALLS?

To turn the ringtone volume up or down, swipe the watch screen and select the gear icon to go to Settings, select Volume, and adjust accordingly.

To turn the speaker volume up or down, you can do so during an active call. You will see a large red icon with a phone with two other buttons on the screen: a plus (+) icon and a minus (-) icon. Repeatedly tap the plus icon and you will notice the row of dots below move from left to right to indicate lower and higher volumes. If the dots do not move, this will indicate the volume is at maximum level and vice versa for lowering the volume.

REMOTE ANSWER

MY REMOTE ANSWER/SUPER HEARING FEATURE IS NOT WORKING

Remote Answer/Super Hearing was designed solely for emergency and safety use. For privacy and security reasons, only Full Access Users can use the Remote Answer function.

To use this function, select the Phone icon at the bottom of the App and you will be prompted to input your information. After you have inputted, select the Phone icon again and you will see a Remote Answer icon. Input your phone number as the Listener Number (do not input your child’s phone number) and the TickTalk will call you back within 1 minute. You will be able to hear what is going on around the watch's surroundings, but your end will be muted. Please note, the quality of Remote Answer will be similar to that of an accidental dial. If the watch does not call back within 1 minute, ensure that the watch has at least 2 white signal bars and displaying as Online in the TickTalk App.

Please note, for privacy and security reasons, you cannot remotely access the cameras on your TickTalk and this is not a feature we offer on our devices.

TickTalk operates the same as a personal smartphone and with the smaller size of the watch, overheating may occur with excessive use. We have added multiple heat insulation parts in the watch to protect against this issue. Under normal circumstances, the maximum temperature the watch will reach is 104°F/40°C. Once you stop using the watch, the temperature will drop quickly. Reasons for the temperature rising may be one of the below:

1. 4G will consume more power than 2G. If you are in an area with poor reception, the CPU will continuously search for signals which can generate heat.

2. Video calling requires continuous uploading of data which can cause the CPU to generate heat.

3. Continuous use, such as excessive phone calls, video calling, sending messages, etc. may cause the CPU to generate heat.

We recommend that you take off the watch immediately if your child feels uncomfortable. Once you stop using the watch, the temperature will drop quickly and return to its normal state.

OS UPDATES

HOW DO I UPDATE THE WATCH OPERATING SYSTEM (TOS)?

Connect to Wi-Fi and make sure your TickTalk 4 is charged at least 30%. Once connected to Wi-Fi, a window will pop up on the watch and instruct you to upgrade. To check your current TOS: Select the Settings gear icon and scroll to OS Update. If you see a red dot next to OS Update, you require an upgrade. Select the tab to check which version you are currently using.

MY WATCH OS UPGRADE FAILED

To make sure the OS upgrade installs properly, make sure:

1. The watch battery is not lower than 35%. Please charge the watch and try again.

2. You have strong cellular reception. If the reception is weak, connect the watch to Wi-Fi and try again.

3. The watch screen did not freeze during the update. If it did, please hold the power button for 10 seconds to re-activate the system.

TICKTALK APP

WHY AREN'T ANY TICKTALK APP NOTIFICATIONS NOT SHOWING ON MY PHONE?

If you have a Google phone, some notifications may not appear when receiving messages, calls, or any other notification regarding the TickTalk App. To fix this, you will want to go to your settings app > System > System Update. Make sure your system update is on the latest version & ensure that your OS is up to date as well.

UPDATING THE TICKTALK APP ON IPHONE OR ANDROID

For both iPhone and Android devices, you must first log in to your TickTalk App, click on the three bars in the upper left-hand corner and select About Us. You will be directed to another page that will tell you which version of the App you are currently using. To update, select the “Update to the Latest Version” button in green and you will be automatically redirected to the Apple or Google Play Store. We made this video for more information on how to set up the App.

IF I ACCIDENTALLY UNINSTALLED MY TICKTALK APP, WILL ALL MY SETTINGS BE DELETED AND REVERT TO FACTORY DEFAULT?

If you simply uninstalled the TickTalk App, the settings and options inside the App will not automatically change, disable, or revert to default. If you are the Primary User, all other App users will need to pair to the watch again. If you unbounded the watch in the TickTalk App or selected System Reset, all of your information will be wiped and you will need to start over. We made this video for more information on pairing the watch.

I AM UNABLE TO SET UP THE WATCH VIA THE TICKTALK APP

The watch may be offline. Please restart the watch, place it near a window or door to optimize reception, and try again. Please make sure you see the connection icon on the watch before setting up through the TickTalk App. If you have bad reception, please connect the watch to Wi-Fi and try to set up again.

MY TICKTALK APP KEEPS GIVING ME THE “INCORRECT USERNAME OR PASSWORD” ERROR, BUT I AM POSITIVE THAT MY PASSWORD IS CORRECT

If you have an iPhone device, the first letter of your email may have been automatically capitalized. Try capitalizing the first letter of your email in the username field on the App and try to log in again with your password.

UNBOUNDING PREVIOUS USERS/WATCHES

I NEED TO REMOVE MY OLD TICKTALK WATCH FROM THE TICKTALK APP

Tap the upper right icon from the main Map screen of the App and select the user head icon in the top left corner. Select the watch you want to remove and select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner. On this screen, select All App Users and you will see a red button that says Unbound. Tap the Unbound button to remove your old watch from your App account. This will log you out of the app, you will need to log back in and you will see the old watch has been removed.

I BOUGHT A USED TICKTALK AND CANNOT LOG INTO THE ACCOUNT. CAN YOU UNBOUND THE PREVIOUS OWNER?

Unfortunately, to protect the previous user’s information we cannot unbound any previously owned TickTalk without permission from the original owner. Protecting the personal information and data of our users is our top priority and we cannot be flexible on this matter. We highly recommend purchasing from authorized retailers, MyTickTalk.com and Amazon, and not third party websites or individuals as we cannot unbound any previously owned watches without the original owner’s permission.

I HAVE A FRIEND WHO’S CHILD AGED OUT OF THEIR TICKTALK AND THEY OFFERED TO GIVE IT TO ME. WHAT DO THEY NEED TO DO TO TRANSFER SO I CAN USE?

The original owner will need to unbound the device from the TickTalk App. To Reset, select the gear icon in the upper right corner, make sure it is toggled on Your TickTalk and not Your App, select System Reset to reset the watch. To Unbound all contacts and factory reset the watch, select the gear icon in the upper right corner, make sure it is toggled on Your TickTalk and not Your App. Select Approved App Users and Unbound the Admin user. You will now be able to input all of your information and re-pair the watch.

TICKTALK 4 - CARRIERS

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

1. TickTalk Wireless (Recommended)

We include a free SIM card with every U.S. purchase to give our customers an affordable, pay-as-you-go plan with no contracts or activation fees. With plans starting at $9.99, you can choose a TickTalk Wireless plan on either AT&T or T-Mobile's network. All activation takes place on our TickTalk Wireless website.

To select your SIM card at checkout:

- Pick TickTalk on GSMA Network if you want to use your TickTalk Wireless SIM on AT&T's network
- Pick TickTalk on GSMT Network if you want to use your TickTalk Wireless SIM on T-Mobile's network
- Pick No Sim Included (International) if you are outside of the U.S. You will need to source a GSM SIM card from your local carrier and make sure you get a regular cell phone plan with talk, text, and data. Wearable, digits, tracking, or tablet plans are not compatible with TickTalk.

2. RED POCKET

TickTalk is not affiliated with any wireless carriers and is compatible with GSM networks. We can provide a free SIM card from Red Pocket as an affordable monthly plan for our TickTalk users.

Red Pocket is a US-based prepaid carrier that also offers a no-contract, pay-as-you-go plan with no activation fees on both AT&T and T-Mobile’s networks. You can activate the SIM and credit the account online at their website. Please be aware, the watch will not work with the Red Pocket yearly plan and we recommend starting with the $10 monthly plan.

*All activation, crediting, and refilling must take place through Red Pocket's website

3. T-MOBILE

If you're already a T-Mobile user, you can add a new line to your family plan. The watch works with T-Mobile's "ONE PLAN" or "MAGENTA" plans which are regular phone plans with text and data. These lines will be approximately $25-$35 per month to add a line to your existing plan.

If T-Mobile is recommending a plan that is $10 per month, it is most likely a wearable plan and is not compatible with TickTalk. Make sure your monthly plan is a regular cell phone plan with talk, text, and data. Wearable, digits, tracking, or tablet plans are not compatible with TickTalk.

Compare your T-Mobile plan to the recommended TickTalk Wireless monthly plan which offers the same network service at $10 per month. Learn more HERE.

4. OTHER U.S. CARRIERS

We also have the option of choosing your preferred carrier as long as they are on a GSM network. If you'd like to use AT&T's network, we do not recommend using AT&T directly as we are not partnered with them and cannot guarantee the service will work. If you wish to use AT&T's network, please use the included TickTalk Wireless SIM on GSMA (AT&T) to be able to access the same network. Some of the most popular GSM carriers are T-Mobile, Metro PCS, and SpeedTalk.

At this time, TickTalk is not compatible with Sprint or Verizon as they run on a CDMA network. For our customers who have personal plans on either of these networks, we recommend the TickTalk Wireless $10 per month plan. You will be able to download the free TickTalk App on your phone from the Apple or Google Play store (regardless of your cellular provider) to communicate directly with your TickTalk.

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.

The TickTalk 4 is a 4G unlocked universal device that has been purchased and used in over 100 countries. We have added a feature on the TickTalk 4 that allows you to manually add in your carrier's APN code. Learn More

Please download the compatibility sheet for more details. All carrier and frequency band data is collected online and it's recommended that customers outside the U.S. check the frequency band with your local carrier before purchasing to ensure that the product will work properly in your location.

*Due to local importing laws and regulations, shipping service and/or cellular services are not available in Colombia, Croatia, Ecuador, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, and Russia at this time.
