TickTalk offers free shipping to most U.S. locations, including military addresses and U.S. territories. Express delivery is available at an additional charge.
TickTalk now offers international shipping to over 150 countries. Customers can choose different international shipping services with different rates at checkout.
All orders received before 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday are processed the same day of payment verification and are shipped via USPS First Class at no cost. USPS will typically deliver your package within 2-3 business days, barring any transit delays. As the watch packaging is small, USPS may place directly in your mailbox.
Please note that on occasion, such as during the holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

Overnight and 2-Day Expedited Shipping (U.S. Locations)
All orders received before 1:00 pm PST Monday-Friday with the Overnight or Expedited Shipping are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified, and will be delivered via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
USPS priority service only offers 2-Day Expedited Shipping. If you need Overnight Shipping services, please choose UPS or FedEx at checkout. Please note, FedEx Express does not deliver on weekends and Overnight Shipping will only apply to business days per their policy. If an Overnight Shipping order is placed on a Friday before 1:00PM PST, the package will be delivered Monday barring any transit delays.

We value our customer's trust and aim to provide the highest level of security possible. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order and you may be contacted to verify your order information. Your order will be shipped the same day your order information is verified.
*We use FedEx International for our international shipping partner. International shipping will typically take 3-7 business days barring any customs/weather/external delays. The delivery time is an estimated delivery date and we do not take responsibility for any late deliveries caused by FedEx directly.
Your total order cost, including merchandise and shipping will be presented to you during checkout. We collect duties and taxes based on your country of residence at checkout. Your order may be subject to additional import duties and/or fees which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TickTalk is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping is calculated based on your shipping location, the number of units, and the weight of your order. Taxes and duties will be charged by the destination country and determined by the products included in your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Customer must report if customer does not receive an ordered TickTalk product within “thirty (“30”)” days of the original scheduled delivery date. Upon receipt of the report of the missing product, TickTalk Tech LLC will investigate the issue.
If TickTalk Tech LLC's delivery tracking system shows that the package was not delivered, the customer will be given the option to either reship the items from the original order or request a full refund. If TickTalk Tech LLC's delivery tracking system shows that the package had been delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer but the customer reports they did not receive the package, customer will be requested to file a police report with their local police department and submit a copy of the report to TickTalk Tech LLC to process a refund. The customer must also sign and return a declaration stating the customer did not receive the ordered product and that TickTalk Tech LLC may proceed with permanently blacklisting the IMEI of the lost or stolen TickTalk smartwatch, rendering the functions and services inoperable.
