Get Started with TickTalk 6
Follow these steps to set up your watch and start staying connected.
Before you begin
Charge your watch and have your phone and Wi-Fi password ready.
Installing an accessory?
Step 1: Download the TickTalk Parent App
Download the app on your phone, then create an account or sign in to your existing account.
Step 2: Connect & Pair Your Watch
Turn on your TickTalk 6 and connect it to Wi-Fi. In the Parent App, select Pair My TickTalk, choose TickTalk 6, and follow the instructions to scan the QR code on your watch. Complete your child's profile when prompted.
Step 3: Activate Your Wireless Service
In the Parent App, go to My Services and follow the activation instructions. Keep your watch connected to Wi-Fi during activation.
Upgrading from TickTalk 4 or 5?
Select Transfer Plan to move your existing TickTalk Wireless line to TickTalk 6 and keep your number.
TickTalk 6 has a built-in eSIM—no physical SIM card or carrier store visit is needed.
Step 4: Set Up & Stay Connected
Add approved contacts, review your child's communication settings, and set up School and Focus Modes. Make a test call and check your watch's location in the app.

Get your watch connected and ready for your child.
Before you begin
Charge your watch and have your phone and Wi-Fi password ready.
Step 1: Activate Your SIM Card
For U.S. customers using the included TickTalk Wireless SIM, your SIM card is already installed. Activate it online using the button below—no visit to an AT&T or T-Mobile store is needed. Already have an active plan? Skip activation and continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Connect & Update Your Watch
Turn on your watch and connect it to Wi-Fi under Watch Settings → Wi-Fi. Then go to Settings → OS Update and install the latest available software.
Step 3: Download the App & Pair Your Watch
Download the TickTalk Parent App on your phone. Create an account or sign in, then follow the pairing instructions to connect your TickTalk 5 and complete your child's profile.
Step 4: Set Up & Stay Connected
Add approved contacts, review parental controls, and set up School Mode. Make a test call and check your watch's location in the app.
