TickTalk 3 Update Alert!

The TickTalk 3 can work almost anywhere around the globe. If you and your child plan on traveling the during Spring break you can definitely take your TickTalk 3 along for the adventure!

Although the TickTalk 3 is an unlocked 4G device we cannot possibly cover every carrier around the world.

We have preset the most popular carrier’s APN into the watch to make it compatible with most GSM carriers all over the world. However, there’s still some small carriers’ that are not included.

What’s new for the TOS 3.5 version?

We have added an APN option in the Settings through the TOS 3.5 version upgrade.

Follow these steps:
- Enter the carrier's information after inserting the SIM card, 
- Fill in the APN, Name, MCC, MNC correctly. You can also contact your carrier to help you with the setup.

*What is APN code? 
An Access Point Name (APN) is the name of a gateway between a GSM, GPRS, 3G or 4G mobile network and another computer network, frequently the public Internet. A mobile device making a data connection must be configured with an APN to present to the carrier.
