Making TickTalk Even Safer
Like most families, when we heard about the tragic events that took place in Uvalde, we were heartbroken, terrified, confused, angry, and everything in-between. At TickTalk, we want to do everything within our power to make our families and yours feel as safe as possible.
A few weeks ago, we asked our Facebook Community what safety features they’d like to see added to TickTalk with the promise that any suggestions we received where we could feasibly add, we’d do so free of charge for all existing and new TickTalk users.
We received tons of great suggestions and our team is currently working on adding a variety of new features based on your feedback! While it takes time to make sure everything is designed, coded, tested, and working properly, we aim to have these new safety features added, free of charge with a software update on both our smartwatches and our parent app, by the time school starts.
