Return Policy 
Extended Return Policy Until 1/31/2026
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact us directly for a return or refund beforeJanuary 31, 2026. We do not cover return shipping costs and do not refund the original shipping charges.
Parts and Labor
Placement parts and units may be new or recertified at TickTalk’s option and sole discretion. Replacement parts and units are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or for Thirty (30) days from warranty service or replacement, whichever is greater.
Request Replacement
If the product has quality issues within our quality guarantee period, you can contact us directly for repair or exchange. Defective products must be sent to TickTalk to obtain repair or exchange service.
TickTalk is not responsible for transportation costs to its designated location or return shipping of the replacement to the customer.
Pre-authorization is required before sending any unit in for warranty service.
Products must be returned in either the original carton box and shipping material or packaging that affords an equal degree of protection.
- Click the Process a Replacement button, fill out the form, and submit it to us.
 - Follow the instructions on how to ship the watch back to us for a replacement.
 
We’ll complete an inspection within five (5) business days and will either repair or send a replacement to you promptly thereafter.
Note:
Warranty is only valid with purchases from authorized retailers (MyTickTalk.com,  Amazon, Walmart, and BestBuy) and cannot be applied to outside third-party purchases.
Request for refund
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact us directly for a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- In these cases, our company will not take responsibility for the return shipping cost.
 - We do not refund the original shipping costs on the return.
 
Pre-authorization is required before sending any unit for a refund.
All returned products must meet the following requirements:
- Be in like-new condition, with complete accessories and original packaging.
 - Include the retail box, manuals, cables, charger, and all original items.
 - The free SIM card kit should also be included if it has not been used or activated.
 
If the product is damaged, shows signs of use, or if the SIM has been activated, this policy does not apply.
How to process a refund:
- Click the Process a Refund button, fill out the form, and submit it to us.
 - Follow the instructions on how to ship the watch back to us for a refund.
 - Once we receive the returned item, we'll inspect it and issue a refund within one (1) to five (5) business days.
 - Please allow up to five (5) days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method after you receive notification from our team.
 
Disclaimer:
If the returned item is heavily used, damaged, missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, TickTalk reserves the right to issue a partial refund to account for the loss in value.
International Returns (Outside of the U.S.)
For customers located outside of the United States, please carefully follow the instructions below when returning a product to avoid additional customs duties or rejected shipments:
1. Pre-Authorization Required
- You must contact TickTalk Support and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your return.
 - Returns without pre-authorization will not be accepted.
 
2. Customs Declaration
- When filling out the customs form, you must declare the shipment as “Return for Repair” or “Return for Refund” with a value of $10 USD or less.
 - If the return is not declared correctly, TickTalk may be charged high customs fees, which will be deducted from your refund or may result in the shipment being refused.
 
3. Shipping Costs & Duties
- Customers are responsible for all international shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes for both sending the product to TickTalk and receiving a replacement.
 - TickTalk does not refund original shipping costs or cover customs fees.
 
4. Packaging Requirements
- The product must be returned in its original packaging or in equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
 - TickTalk is not responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging.
 
5. Processing Time
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within five (5) business days and proceed with either a replacement or refund according to our standard domestic policies.
 
Gift Card Purchases
- Redeemable exclusively at www.myticktalk.com for goods not exceeding the remaining credit balance.
 - Cannot be used at third-party marketplaces or vendors.
 - This card is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
 - Original gift card purchase is refundable to the original purchaser under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, provided the card has not been redeemed.
 - Gift cards cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, or applied as a payment for monthly cellular service from TickTalk Wireless, Red Pocket, or other providers.
