TickTalk 6 supports travel connectivity through TickTalk service and travel plan support — designed so families stay reachable across regions without juggling SIMs, hotspots, or unfamiliar carriers. Activation is intentionally simple, and the experience is built to feel quiet in the background.

How to test TickTalk 6
A simple setup path for reviewers testing eSIM activation, family communication, location safety, and daily connectivity.

Charge the watch
Charge TickTalk 6 fully before setup. Use the included Power Base and confirm the watch powers on.

Download the TickTalk App
Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “TickTalk Kids Smartwatch App.” Download and install the app on your phone.

Create your account
Open the TickTalk App and sign up for a new account. Follow the on-screen prompts until you reach the TickTalk Service section.

Add a new wireless plan
In the TickTalk App, go to TickTalk Service > My Plans > Add a New Plan. Choose the U.S. monthly subscription plan you would like to test.

Apply your reviewer service code
We provide all reviewers with 3 months of complimentary wireless service. Your reviewer code has been sent by email. Apply the code at checkout to activate the free service period. The code works for both the Essential Plan and Premium Plan.

Manage or cancel later
After the 3-month complimentary service period, you may continue the plan or cancel anytime in the app. Go to TickTalk Service > My Plans to manage or cancel your plan.

Add approved family contacts to test voice calls, video calls, messaging, and contact permissions. TickTalk 6 is designed around parent-approved communication.
