To give our dedicated team much deserved time to be with their families, we will be closed starting Wednesday, December 24th at 2pm PST, in observance of the holiday.

Important activation notice

Due to the increased number of SIM activations during the holiday period, it may take up to 48 hours for your TickTalk phone number to fully activate with the carrier. Once your line has been successfully activated, you will receive an email containing your TickTalk smartwatch phone number.

For activation, you must complete the process online through TickTalk Wireless. No need to go to T-Mobile, AT&T or any other carrier stores in person.
