What is the “Recovery Fee” on my TickTalk Wireless bill? My TickTalk

All connectivity service providers are required to comply with federal, state, and local rules, including collecting and filing regulatory fees and taxes. Your wireless service monthly bill collects a “Recovery Fee” which is a percentage of the subscription cost that is used to recover costs of compliance with federal, state, and local telecommunications expenses. Taxes and surcharges are currently not collected from subscribers, but will be applied in the near future.

If you still have questions, please contact us here. Our Support Team is available to help you Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM PST and we’d be happy to further explain the process in depth.
