If you receive a notification saying your TickTalk has been locked due to 5 wrong password attempts, it’s easy to reset! Please, do not deactivate your watch, instead go to your TickTalk App > Settings > Watch Password to delete the current password or enter a new password. Your TickTalk’s password will update and your child will be able to unlock the watch with the new password. If you’d like to disable the watch password to avoid future issues, simply delete the password and return to your TickTalk App. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Support Team here.
