Love the watch and all its features! We have been using tick talk for both our kids for the last 7 years. The silicon band on the tick talk 5 is something that made me drop a star, it’s itchy and uncomfortable in the summer heat and my son avoids using the watch for that reason, please provide an option for a nylon band for this model.

My 8 year old loves the watch but she won't wear it because the band hurts and is too small. I looked for a larger option and apparently there is none? She's on the last hole and there is no room to grow. Like *so many* of the other comments have said, the band is stiff, itchy, and too small for 8+ year olds. I read the webpage about not swapping to a 3rd party or using an extension but there are zero alternatives. It's very disappointing given the rest of the product is great. It's hard to believe the sheer number of comments about the band and there is no action from the company.

My son loves the watch but the band is uncomfortable, not to mention sweaty in the summer! Please make velcro nylon bands that are softer! It would be way easier to take on and off and far more comfortable.

My 6 year old son loves the idea of the watch.. he's able to call me or his dad or grandparents, and he uses that feature a lot. And he loves being able to tell the time on his own. But he's wearing it less and less due to the wristband being uncomfortable. I would love to see other material options. And from a parents perspective, the battery doesn't last long enough. Id like for it to last a full weekend without needing to be charged. I do absolutely love that i can track him, however it's not helpful if the battery dies, or if he takes it off due to it being uncomfortable.

Love the material. However, needing room to grow! Our son has only worn the TickTalk 5 for three month and he is 9 and is already on the 3rd to last notch (and he's not over weight). It's getting hard to even use it that way. Where do we go from here? 😔

I love ticktalk 5 due too app based watch for my 7 year old. However the wrist band is short and it’s getting snug on his wrist. He is an avg sized boy, thus the wrist band needs to be longer for comfort all day wear at school and out and about. Please share this with your design engineer team.

Love the watch for my daughter, but the wristband is bothering her a lot. She keeps taking it off her wrist. You really need to make some elastic ones for Tick Talk 5, to make it more comfortable.

Been a customer for 4 years now, had the ticktalk 3 for my kids and ticktalk 4. I wish you would go back to wrist band from ticktalk 3. Where all size can fit all. 4 and 5 wrist band is just not as good as the ticktalk 3 wrist band.

The band is a bit snug I wish they add more material options and larger size bands fast in the near future.

The band that the watch came with works fine but my child doesn’t like the sweaty plastic feeling now that summer has started. She wants to try a fabric band or one of the elastic types. I’d like there to be compatibility with regular aftermarket watch bands.

Hello absolutely love the watch but the I agree with many others on the length of the band. My daughter is 9 and her band only has two holes left before it doesn't fit anymore 😕 we just bought this for her this past Christmas. She is thin and in shape just to give an example of how small this runs. PLEASE make a longer band. We paid lots of money and want this to last. It's an amazing phone with great GPS tracking.

Absolutely love it! My 14 year old autistic son likes it also, and it’s helping him to learn to call close family while away from home, and send texts! Only thing frustrating is he doesn’t like wearing it in his wrist because it’s tight! I asked after Christmas about bigger band sizes, I’m checking again and still see nothing bigger available ☹️ PLEASE make bigger sizes! There are a lot of people commenting on needing bigger sizes!

Love the watch; the strap is comfortable and strong. The only thing is that it needs to come in a larger size option. My son can only use the last hole on the band which makes the watch hard to put on and the band isn’t very secure. PLEASE MAKE THE WATCH STRAPS HAVE A LONGER OPTION.

We have had this watch for over a year and right from the beginning we were looking for a bigger and more comfortable band. There still isn't one. We like the function of the watch, but the band is too tight/small and uncomfortable for my son. We will probably have to look elsewhere now for a watch with a bigger band. I was really hoping they would make a bigger band option.

The watch is great; very happy with it. The problem is these straps are TOO SHORT! We have had a TT5 watch since summer 2024 and we have replaced just his watch strap 4 times. One watch strap replacement ended up with us needing a new watch because the screws stripped. If the tail end of the strap was a quarter inch longer it would fit without strain, but as-is the strap barely buckles and TickTalk doesn't seem to be coming out with a longer version any time soon. :/

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the TickTalk 5 watch bands. We are already on our third replacement. The original band was purple, and as you can see from the photos, it has already been replaced with a blue one—but that one has also broken. The replacement bands are also quite expensive. The watch itself cost around $160, and I have already spent about $90 just replacing watch bands. That is simply not reasonable. Also, wearing plastic in the summer is a no-go because sweat will stick to it like glue! And feels itchy! The TickTalk 3 offered alternative wristband options that appeared to be much more durable. Could you please make those compatible with the TickTalk 5 as well? Many customers would appreciate having a stronger, longer-lasting option instead of repeatedly purchasing replacement bands. I really like the watch itself, but the wristband quality needs significant improvement. I hope TickTalk will address this issue and provide more durable band options for the TickTalk 5.
Unfortunately if it isn't comfortable it is way harder to get your kid to wear them. Like others, the sweating from the plasticky bands bothers our child, and they quickly outgrew the band. No other size or extensions available? It's impressive how much money is spent on marketing TickTalk when the lack of band selection has been an issue.

Absolutely love the watch - the band not so much! There are comfier options out there for majority of the other kids watches that I wish were available for the TickTalk. (Scrunchie, nylon, etc.) Please listen to your consumers, they are the ones who buy and support the product! 💗

The watch band is very uncomfortable for my kid. He always complains about it to the point he is not wearing it on his wrist but keeps it in his pocket or school bag. Make ones that are softer and more flexible. We won’t buy the watch again if this is not fixed.

The watch is convenient for emergency and tracking the kid but…unfortunately the wristband is bad..poorly made and not flexible for comfort. It broke so fast ..insurance doesn’t cover and my grandbaby complains that it is too bulky..should be strong and more comfortable for the kids..and the worst part is only the company can replace it and few color options. …good to fool first time buyers but last time for sure.
