MyTickTalk.com - Order Information
Your MyTickTalk website account will be information regarding your TickTalk 4 purchase including your order history, email address, and addresses on file. You can find this on www.myticktalk.com by selecting the Person icon in the upper right hand corner next to the Shopping Cart icon.
To login to your TickTalk Website account, you'll use the email address associated with your TickTalk 4 order. If you are unsure of the email address you used, please check your email for your TickTalk 4 order confirmation.
TickTalk Wireless - Your TickTalk's Monthly Plan
Your TickTalk Wireless account will be information regarding your TickTalk's monthly cellular plan including the status of your cellular account, your TickTalk's phone number, refill your monthly plan, make payments, or cancel your plan.
To login to your TickTalk Wireless account, you'll use the email address associated with your TickTalk Wireless cellular plan. You'll receive a unique password each time you login to your associated email address.
TickTalk App - Calling, Messaging, Location Tracking & Parental Controls
Your TickTalk App account is where everything happens between your TickTalk smartwatch and you. All messaging, video calling, calling, locating, and any features happen between your TickTalk App and your TickTalk smartwatch.
To login to your parent app account, open the TickTalk App on your smartphone and select either phone number or email depending on how you received the verification code when signing up for your account during the setup process.
