When you setup your TickTalk parental control app account, you'll be prompted to sign up with either an email address or phone number. You will use this method for all future sign ins on your TickTalk app.
Signing In With A Phone Number
Please open your TickTalk app and select the cell phone icon (not the envelope/email icon) at the top of the app. Next:
- 1st Box: Find USA or your country
- 2nd Box: Input your cell phone number
- 3rd Box: Enter your password and log in
Signing In With An Email Address
Please open your TickTalk app and select the envelope icon (not the phone icon) and enter your email address you used to sign up for an account. If you have an iPhone device, the first letter of your email may have been automatically capitalized. If you are experiencing issues with signing in, please try capitalizing the first letter of your email in the username field on the app and try to log in again with your password.
