What do I need when reaching out to Support for help?

When reaching out to your Support Team, we'll ask you for a few things, such as the below, to make sure your information is staying private. We value your privacy and want to make sure only authorized users are getting your information. 

  • Name
  • Email
  • Order # and where your purchased from
  • Your watch IMEI number (which can be found in your watch Settings > Pair Me)
