Before you purchase the watch, you have to make sure that it will actually work in your area. If your area does not have 2G coverage from T-Mobile, your TickTalk will NOT work. In order to check your coverage, please click the link below to see a coverage map. Search for your address and also investigate your surrounding area. Look for the symbol that represents "Indoor Residential" cellular signal for 2G (not "3G/4G" or "4G LTE").
