If your TickTalk watch is giving you a “No Service” error message, please do not immediately assume that the watch is defective! Most of the time, the problem is that you have the wrong service plan. Please confirm that you have a service plan with talk, text, and data. It should also be a normal voice line, not a “wearable” plan. We recommend using SpeedTalk to activate your SIM card/service plan.
