No Service Error Message?

No Service Error Message?

If your TickTalk watch is giving you a “No Service” error message, please do not immediately assume that the watch is defective! Most of the time, the problem is that you have the wrong service plan. Please confirm that you have a service plan with talk, text, and data. It should also be a normal voice line, not a “wearable” plan. We recommend using SpeedTalk to activate your SIM card/service plan.

Another thing to consider is that T-Mobile could be doing maintenance on the 2G cellular towers in your area. So please give them a call to confirm what the coverage situation is in your area! Almost every time we get a watch sent back to us immediately because of this error message, we see that it has full service and works perfectly find the second we pop in a valid SIM card.
