We’ve had many customers go straight to a T-Mobile or AT&T store and pay upwards of $70 for the wrong plan that don’t work with our smartwatches. Wearable, digits, MI, and tablet plans do not work with your TickTalk smartwatches as our devices work like standalone cell phones that require a cellular plan with talk, text, and data. 

To make your experience as easy as possible, we include a Red Pocket SIM with every U.S. purchase! Red Pocket uses AT&T and T-Mobile’s networks to give you the same coverage as the major networks at a fraction of the cost. You can easily set up your cellular plan online with Red Pocket in less than 10 minutes!

Once you receive your TickTalk, you’ll need to create a Red Pocket account and purchase the plan of your choice.
